I have been noticing the Chevrolet commercials on TV for about a month where Howie Long and other Chevrolet spokes persons go directly after the competitions products rather than spending time showing off there own. In the truck commercials Howie Long attacks the features on the competitors trucks such as Fords man step, Toyotas poor gas mileage, and Dodges heated steering wheel, basically calling the competitions trucks unmanly. I only bring this up because i was at a party this weekend and one of the people there was talking about these commercials and saying how they thougth Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves for putting these commercials on the air. I am curious what do all the auto dealers reading this bog think, is Chevrolets marketing tactic a good one, or is it going to backfire on them.

HAHAH, I also had a similar discussion with some friends over the weekend. I thought the comercials were pretty humerous but I dont feel it is a good strategy for Chevy. The comercials not only advertise the new features of their competitor, but they do nothing to promote the advantages and features of a chevy.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, the crazy flags I purchased a few months back are still in great shape but my brackets are getting pretty old. Do you carry replacement brackets for the flags? If so would the shipping be more than it was on my last order of Pennants and Streamers?
We do have replacement brackets for those flags they are sku # AS0063W on www.promoteyourdealership.com . I am glad to hear the flags are working well for you.
